Video starts but stalls frequently during playback or doesn't start at all.
This is likely caused by lack of bandwidth - you don't have a fast enough connection. A dial-up connection will definitely not work and just because you may have a hi-speed connection like DSL, cable or T1, it does not necessarily mean that you actually have enough bandwidth to play our movie at that instance. For example, in the typical office setup you are sharing a single hi-speed connection with multiple users. Your connection could slow to near dial-up speeds if many others are also on-line at the same time. If you suspect this may be the case, try playing our movies during off-peak hours, like before everyone arrives at work, during the lunch hour or after work.
I have a hi-speed connection but the movies just don't play.
All video on the web requires that you use proprietary software called a plug-in. Our movies require the popular Windows Media Player (WMP) plug-in. Although our movies should be backwards compatible to earlier versions of WMP, for best results we suggest you download and install the latest version from Microsoft.
Can I watch your movies on my Macintosh Computer?
Yes. You will need to download and install the Flip4Mac plug-in. It allows you to play our Windows Media files directly in your QuickTime Player.
The movies do not play on my Windows FireFox Browser and I have Windows Media Player installed. Help!
FireFox is a bit buggy with respect to playing Windows Media Files. If you received a message indicating that you do not have the Windows Media Player plug-in, yet you know you do, then you are probably suffering from this problem. Here's a couple of things you can do:
Watch our movies with Internet Explorer, OR;
Fix this FireFox problem permanently by referring to the "Missing Plugin" section in this article
I have the latest version of WMP, a hi-speed connection and I still can't play the movies.
If you have tried the above suggestions and still have no luck you can play our movie files directly, as opposed to playing them through our web page. Try these direct links to our movie files:
